Star Wars: Galaxies may not be what it once was but hey at least it’s trying to go out with a BANG! Interestingly players need to keep playing right up until the end as the Empire and Rebellion will be scoring points during an ongoing Galactic Civil War. You need to have a current subscription as of September 15th but that will let you play until the December 15th shutdown with no extra charge so basically the last 2 months are free. Also it’s all tied to the server you are on, as each server will have their own winner and their own Alderaan.
