Either they are still doing some work or people are slamming the Indie Royale Website to get in their latest bundle. Thanks to slickdeals we know that the games in the second bundle should be NightSky, Fate of the World, Scoregasm and finally Ben There, Dan That! and Time Gentlemen, Please! I would say keep trying but maybe give them a break and wait for the initial wave of people dies off a bit.
