Trine 2 is getting a bit of an upgrade for the Wii U version coming back at you with the Trine 2: Directors Cut. You’ll be getting the expansion pack included with the Directors Cut along with support for the new Wii U Gamepads touchscreen and support for 4 players at the same time in Magic Mayhem “party mode”. Intended to be launched in the holiday season of 2012, Trine 2: Director’s Cut features the critically acclaimed original game with numerous enhancements and gameplay polish, alongside a new game mode called the “Magic Mayhem”, designed exclusively for Wii U. The upcoming new expansion campaign is also planned to come out on Wii U.
