The lightning quick ShootMania: Elite demo is out for the PC platform today on Steam and UPlay. ShootMania: Elite is the restricted version of ShootMania: Storm so don’t get all freaked out if you thought another version of the massively competitive twitch shooter was coming out already.
Nadeo and Ubisoft hope to entice players who get download and play ShootMania: Elite to step up to the big time and pay to unlock the complete version, ShootMania: Storm, with all the game modes. ShootMania: Elite however has a 3 vs 3 mode with matchingmaking, dedicated rankings and progression levels so free players will get a decent taste of what they are in for should they buy the full product.
Also from now until October 31st 2013 players who have a valid ManiaPlanet account and play ShootMania: Elite are entered to win one PlayStation 4 and 50 full versions of ShootMania: Storm per day, official rules here. ShootMania : Storm is defined by its fast-paced combat and rich fantasy setting. The new Elite demo allows even more PC gamers to experience the thrill of ShootMania’s immediate, competitive and fun online matches. With a tight focus on team play, the demo offers the Elite 3vs3 game mode, matchmaking, dedicated rankings and progression levels.
