Godus developer 22Cans which was founded by none other than the great Peter Molyneux is looking to make their game buttery smooth. They’ve turned to GameAnalytics to do the big number crunching and see where players are going, what they are doing, where they are getting stuck and what the best course of action is to take to fix the whole thing.
Hopefully they won’t get too deep into the numbers as its nice to see a weird bug or exploit crop up that tilts the scales back in the players favor. You don’t want the machines to use all this data and rise up tomorrow now do you? It does sound like 22Cans has the right idea with Godus and are going to do everything they can to actually make the game tick in the background even when players dig deep into stuff like economic strategies unlike the promised deep but found to be shallow SimCity. Currently Godus is up on Steam Early Access for PC and is set to launch later for iOS and Android.
