Wolfenstein: The New Order is hoping to take the original FPS badass that is B.J. Blazkowicz and blaze a new trail for the franchise of old. You can already see by these newly released screenshots the game is looking great, well, looks great in PR stills. But there is one little thing that bothers me.
While looking at these stills as a whole they look awesome with depth of field, godrays, smoke, debris and some wicked looking gore it’s the hands that stand out. For some reason B.J. Blazkowicz hands look like they’ve been pasted into the scene, they’re way too clean for a man doing this kind of dirt work. Now this might seem as nitpicking but if this is the only thing “wrong” with Wolfenstein: The New Order I’ll take it. Wolfenstein: The New Order is dropping for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One sometime in 2014. I wonder if Bethesda will give us old school players some love and keep the “ILM” and “LMS” cheat codes in.
