Gamer’s are lining up once again to have their asses kicked as Dark Souls 2 nears release. First we had the comic and now we have this Prologue video doesn’t show off gameplay but it looks to set the stage nicely for your journey of many deaths.
Another cool thing Namco Bandai is doing is upgrading pre-orders to the Dark Souls 2 (Black Armor Edition) while supplies last. This isn’t just a fancy steelbook version that collector’s go gaga over but also includes a soundtrack and a voucher to unlock weapons early. For the hardest of the hardcore we’ve heard you can disable this feature should you choose to go for the vanilla experience or you know just don’t redeem the voucher.
I wonder how many broken controller’s Dark Souls 2 will be responsible for this year? Maybe now would be a good time to pick up a few extras before the March 11th 2014 release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and the April 25th 2014 release on PC.
