Rebellion is calling you back soldier, they need your skull obliterating ability to Save Churchill. The Save Churchill Campaign for Sniper Elite 3 has been broken up into three separate releases, each looking to be $6.99. But that’s not all Rebellion has in-store for Sniper Elite 3 players.
They’ve also announced three free multiplayer maps to roll out during the summer the first one that was released with this update is the Airstrip map. The map features lots of debris from the destroyed hangers and aircraft to hide in and a few surrounding caves to get nice high vantage points from.
The last drip of content is the Patriot Weapons Pack that injects the Springfield Rifle, M3 Grease Gun and M1911 pistol into the game. These weapons are fully usable in all three modes, single player, multiplayer and co-op and the pack is going for $3.99. All this content is available now on Steam with a new trailer above and some nice screenshots below for you to admire, a hard thing to do in-game while you’re shooting someone through their liver.
While there’s no official date Rebellion has listed that this content is coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One soon. Good to know they seem to be keeping up with the game across all platforms, unlike some other developers as of late.

Save Winston Churchill in a three part DLC campaign for Sniper Elite 3
First mission and FREE multiplayer update now live on Steam
July 17th, Oxford UK – Independent developer Rebellion today launched new downloadable content for the chart-topping Sniper Elite 3, including the first mission of a three part singleplayer campaign; Save Churchill.
Save Churchill: Part 1 – In Shadows is now live on Steam for PC, and was released alongside the new Patriot Weapons Pack and a FREE update featuring a new multiplayer map called Airstrip.
The surprise announcement came at the end of a video published on Rebellion’s YouTube channel where team members gave fans a sneak peek at the future of Sniper Elite 3, confirming that all DLC content will be coming to PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
About the new Save Churchill campaign
Set after the events of Sniper Elite 3, Save Churchill follows OSS sniper Karl Fairburne in his attempts to uncover and prevent a Nazi assassination attempt on the British Prime Minister in the run up to the famous Casablanca Conference of 1943.
Save Churchill: Part 1 – In Shadows is set in an atmospheric night time re-imagining of the shadowy city of Siwa, but Rebellion’s Head of Creative Tim Jones also promised that the new North African environments in development for parts Two and Three will “blow people away” – including the largest level ever created in the series’ history.
Jones added that Rebellion wanted to offer players who’ve completed Sniper Elite 3’s main campaign “new encounters, new weapons, new unit types … the new missions are going to feel very different.”
