All we needed was a carton of milk an Arno would have T-1000’ed that guard! So what do we get in this new Assassin’s Creed: Unity trailer? Well we get a decent song and a few drops of digital bloodshed but nothing too outrageous. At the end of it all Arno has saved a lady Templar who he may or may not be fighting alongside at a later date.
Could there be more to this twisted opposite reality where Templar’s and Assassin’s are kicking peoples asses to save each other? Maybe it’s one of those old “save my enemies, enemy so I can show you just how bad ass I am” tactic. Or it could be a play on Assassin’s Creed: Unity where Templar’s and Assassin’s are some how reunited together at last like long lost lovers across a time rift.
All I know is that Assassin’s Creed: Unity sure looks pretty in CG, I mean I would love to see some actual gameplay like we get at E3, but hey maybe Ubisoft should be like Valve and release little mini-movies for their franchise’s every so often. Who doesn’t want to see a 15 minute epic little CG video from Far Cry or Assassins Creed or hell even Just Dance, no seriously.
