I guess EA and Ubisoft are trying to see who can out shine the other, literally. Just like the Dragon Age: Inquisition Trailer we posted earlier this Might and Magic Heroes VII trailer out of Gamescom 2014 features an insane amount of glowing objects. Does Might and Magic Heroes VII take place near a nuclear reactor that has doused the world in radioactive fallout?
Does anyone in that castle structure really think some panes of glass will keep out that much radiation? Oh wait that guys sword just wiped out the whole room when he plunged it into the ground and it exploded, problem solved. Sadly it looks like console players will not have to don protective gear of any kind since Ubisoft only lists PC as a platform at the end of the trailer. With no gameplay shown at all the YouTube comments are exploding with hate based on experience with the previous entries in the series. I wonder if Ubisoft pulls off a hail mary in 2015 will Might and Magic Heroes VII sell like crazy or will they still catch flack because of UPlay integration?
