We got some new screenshots from Out There: Omega Edition that’s moving it’s galactic force out of the Mobile arena and onto PC, Mac and Linux. Have no fear mobile citizens you’ll be getting a free update for the original Out There, so you guys will actually be the Alpha and the Omega, pretty sweet right? The sci-fi roguelike with resource mechanics has some pretty awesome visuals and those visuals are getting a substantial upgrade. The team over at Mi-Clos Studio was nice enough to send along these screenshots showing the new scenery and DAMN it looks like a whole new game.
Hats off to their artists because those are some sweet looking sci-fi backgrounds Out There: Omega Edition has now. They almost look like they should be on the cover of books with their crazy alien landscapes. There have been a few complaints about the previous planet landing scenery and to that Mi-Clos Studios have added a dozen backdrops so you won’t always feel like you’ve landed on the same space rock. The team is planning for Out There: Omega Edition to be released soon with a Q1 2015 launch date. They do have an Out There: Omega Edition pre-order bundle on their site with $10.00 getting you beta access to the PC version along with a copy of the Android version, $15 gets you a copy of the OST in addition to the game with an Android version and beta access and finally $3.99 gets you a copy of the game for Android now which will have the Omega Edition update later.
