Codemasters has updated DiRT Rally with a brand new Hillclimb course Pikes Peak. This free update will take drivers through the winding roads of Pikes Peak located in the mountains of Colorado, USA. While brand new to the game the track isn’t new to the sport of rally where daring drivers have been to taking on the peak for the past 100 years. If Pikes Peak isn’t getting you ready to suit up Codemasters has also injected DiRT Rally with some brand new cars. This free update lets you try to tame the Peugeot 405 T16 PP, the Audi Sport quattro S1 PP and the Peugeot 205 T16 PP. DiRT Rally is currently in Steam Early Access for $34.99 / £24.99 and is sitting with a very positive Steam rating after 1,895 user reviews. Seems pretty good considering DiRT Rally just showed up in Early Access on April 27th 2015 with no advanced warning, gotta love surprises like that!

WORLD FAMOUS HILLCLIMB ROUTE NOW AVAILABLE TO EARLY ACCESS PLAYERS
Tuesday May 26 (2pm UK) – Codemasters today announced that the Pikes Peak pack has joined the DiRT Rally offering on Steam Early Access. From today, the world-renowned Hillclimb course in Colorado, USA is available as a free update, with players able to experience its treacherous twists and turns as they race to reach the cloud-shrouded peak of the highest summit of southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. For nearly 100 years the Hillclimb events at Pikes Peak have challenged drivers from across the globe as they race against the clock to reach its summit. With today’s pack this infamous route comes to DiRT Rally and gamers are able to test their skills on both full asphalt and a version featuring a challenging mix of asphalt and gravel.
