This trailer for Mad Max really brings the pain! Max isn’t some invincible fighting machine, just a guy trying all that he can to survive in the wasteland after his family was murdered and now even his epic car has been stolen from him. I’m really interested to see what Avalanche Studios has in-store for us once Mad Max finally launches. This is hopefully everything we wanted Rage to be and maybe even a more than we even imagined. I don’t want to get too excited just yet but from watching the trailer Mad Max seems to have a that free wheeling feeling I first had when I played Interstate ’76 so long ago. Only now it looks amazing and we’ll get some fighting on foot to do as well. Since Mad Max has that mix of vehicular combat and hand and hand fighting I hope Avalanche Studios took some cues from Monolith because a cross between Just Cause and Shadow of Mordor mixed together in a post-apocalyptic setting sounds about as bad ass as possible. Mad Max is coming Sept 4th 2015 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, we should know more once E3 2015 rolls around where we should hopefully hear a lot more.
