Here’s an interesting collection that Bethesda has dug up. The story behind the name and rights to the Fallout series could be a fascinating documentary but after all that time here they are, all together in a neat little package that looks like a mini-nuke, how fitting. The Fallout Anthology lets you relive the whole series bringing you all the way up until the soon to be released Fallout 4, even including a space for you to slip the new game in and protect it from the harsh elements of the coming nuclear war prophesied in the original all the way back in the year 1997. In addition to the original Fallout there’s Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. The only Fallout games missing is the console exclusive Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, Fallout Shelter for mobile devices and of course the yet to be released Fallout 4. I’m sure many PC gamers of old have picked up numerous copies of the games throughout the year both physical and digitally but it is nice to have this Fallout Anthology sitting on your self in its neat bomb case. The price isn’t that bad either at $49.99/£39.99/€49.99/AU$99.95 considering most special editions sell for $100 up front but I have a feeling Bethesda knew to get fans to double or even triple dip on Fallout they would have to keep the price low. Besides just looking pretty sitting on your shelf, The Fallout Anthology mini-nuke storage can also make an audible bomb sound, maybe use it scare away those people bothering you and finally get some peace and quiet or hit it over and over again to the tune of Fluke’s 1996 Atom Bomb. Fallout Anthology is out for PC on September 29th 2015 in North America, October 1st 2015 in Australia and New Zealand and October 2nd 2015 in Europe. So start saving your caps NOW!
