Everyone has been waiting for this day, Minecraft: Story Mode is finally out but before you take the big plunge into the world altering building game, take a moment to meet the cast. Telltale Games has lined up a great list of celebrities to take you on this new Minecraft: Story Mode journey. Patton Oswalt and Catherine Taber will be your hero depending on if you are male of female Jesse, they are to be supported by Brian Posehn, Ashley Johnson, Scott Porter, Martha Plimpton, Dave Fennoy, Corey Feldman, Billy West, John Hodgman and Paul Reubens. You have to know at least one of those people, right? The Minecraft: Story Mode journey will take you all across the Overworld, the Nether, the End and even beyond. I’m not entirely sure what they have cooked up for us past The End but hopefully it’s great.
Minecraft: Story Mode is coming to PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, PS Vita, iOS and Android devices. The only thing surprising to us is that none of Telltales’ games have made it to the Nintendo 3DS by now and you would think Minecraft would be the one if any to do it but nope. For those of you have would like to purchase Minecraft: Store Mode at retail there will be a disc coming Oct 27th 2015 in North American and Oct 20th 2015 in Europe but it will only ship with the first episode and you’ll still need to download the rest of the episodes as they are released.
