According to former Square Enix employee Takenhko Hoashi Dragon Quest X has been in development for six years, yeah that’s about a year before Dragon Quest IX was confirmed as being in development. It makes you wonder is that the reason it’s going to cost money to play and also if they added the the Wii U on because it might be in development for longer?
