Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is making some small changes and tweaks to it’s online component and they all look very welcome, the changes are:
- Spectator Mode – Up to 6 players can watch battles
- Pre-Match Screening – Before having a match, you can check out your opponent’s information and decide whether you would like to battle against him/her or not for Player Match and Ranked Match.
- Network Disconnects Monitored: Players are now shown icons next to their opponents that range from skull (most disconnects) to silver to gold (least disconnects)
- Made matching better
- If matching is unsuccessful it will bring you back to the search screen
- Added a button to the leaderboards to take you to the rank at which you are positioned, and added a cursor to make viewing easier.
